Banner Ad

When I was browsing these pages from my work pc yesterday (or today at home if you are my boss) I spotted a banner ad for dog cages and wrote down the URL. However it gets the "are you sure of the address" message when I try to go there. I know the addy is correct as I printed out a page. Any ideas anyone?
