Any New Arrivals In The Next Month Or So?

Hi everyone at last i've found a ground flat!! I've been searching for ages and ages for one at the correct location that would be suitable for me & a whippet :blink: I move in next week and will start "puppy proofing" the place.

I will be going to a whippet show on the 9th June Mortan hall, new milns, ayrshire to talk to owners to find any good pup sources!! But i thought i would ask if anyone knows of any litters round about ayrshire in the next month or so? I'm looking for a dog pup for probable showing & as a perfect pet companion. I have to wait and buy all the essentials first so it would be a month before I could purchase a pup. I've done months of research & talked to a few owners (as well as annoying you lot :oops: ) and will be able to give the perfect home to a whippet. My mother, aunt & gran all won prizes for showing and would like to mabye get into it myself (with their help) but the dog will be mainly a pet. So if you know of any suitable litters round my area could you let me know? I could even meet at the afore mentioned dog show if you wish. Sorry i'm a bit hyper & can't wait to move out :b

Good luck inyour search for a new whippet pup - isnt it an exciting time. :) One of my dogs came from Falkirk, there are plenty breeders in that area - Im sure at the shows you will meet up with some hopefully. :)

How exciting, new home and a puppy opportunity! Good luck :luck: . If you look back there was someone in Scotland advertising pups.

Have you tried your local whippet clubs? Register your interest with them they should be very helpful.
 
Hi Just noticed Susan has a 4 year old if you are interested in an older dog in Scotland?

yes there was a litter a couple of weeks ago,they not been on here since.

sadly for my first time i'm wanting to start off with a pup :( , i will be getting another whippet in the future but i wouldn't get two dogs at the same time with my limited experiance. :luck: for susan :))

Good Luck in your move and your search for your puppy :luck: :luck: Like you, I'm about to become a whippet owner for the first time but have been lucky enough to find my beautiful pup already (from Dawn (Daledogs) in Devon) :wub: Have a month to wait before I can pick him up :D
