Isn't that the dog from tea advert...sipping it with a cat on settee? To me that looks like some sort of terrier X rather than actual breed.
I had Lakeland X JR dog that had many similar features.....floppy forward dropping ears..those eyes...broken/rough coat..etc.

This little oldie is terrified of anything that moves, bless her cardboard boxes, squirrels, foxes, washing flapping in the breeze ....she’s a real wimp for a Parson terrier..which I don’t mind as she never leaves my sight when out for a walk
