Advice for a novice!!

Can anyone let me know if there's any racing or coursing in the north west of england (manchester, chester, liverpool area) where a none-pedigree whippet can go for a look round to see if he likes the idea? - with the view of getting involved in the future.

You can run your dog at Ellesmere Port Greyhound track (will send you the details if you like).

Alternatively there is the Gin Pit (non ped and peds), all very nice friendly people.

And during the winter Mark Roberts runs lure coursing every fortnight at the NPWRC, Chorely.
