YES IT DOES GET EASYER ,IM THINKING LESS AND LESS ABOUT FAG WITH EACH PASSING DAY AND I CAN SMELL A SMOKER A MILE OF :x TO THINK I USED TO SMELL LIKE THAT :eek:

i am 14 weeks now, and i hardley think about it anymore, so it does get easier

Really big well done ---i packed the filthy habit up 11 years ago after needing by-pass surgery

---when you have stopped for eight weeks or more you have to think would i like to go through all that again and take one day at a time ---

keeping busy is the thing in my opinion
