[SIZE=21pt] (w00t) omg as some of you know i tryed to give up the fags last new years eve and didnt get very far :b but im chuffed to say i have now been fag free for 4WEEKS AND 2DAYS and im so chuffed with myself (w00t) [/SIZE]

i know i was guna wait till new years eve my new years resolution and then i though hang on what the hell am i waiting for just do it and i must say im feeling the benefits already not so breathless when i walk the dogs and me food taste better :cheers:

i wont hun ,iv even had a drink and still never weakend and any smoker knows fag and a glass of your favourit tipple goes hand in hand ,but not for me ,and yes im cooking it ya cheeky mare :p

Good on you Nicky, you have done the hard part, it gets easier from here I promise! I gave up in 2000, and it was the hardest thing I have ever done. I was a 40 a dayer!!!

It will be two years for me come New Year.

I've had a couple when i was a bit sloshed but about a

month ago i treid one when i was sober.......OMG big

mistake, i went that dizzy i fell on the floor. And the taste

in my mouth was so disgusting.

I dont even get tempted when i have a drink now so it

was good in a way :b
