George has asked me to put this post on for him.

Unfortunately Billy suffered a series of fits last night making him very unstable on his feet which the vets have not been able to treat. Billy has nothing to prove after all his achievements during his racing life and we are all now praying for Billy but the signs are not good. Fingers crossed for Billy.

So so sorry to hear Billy isn't too good. The racing means nothing at times like this, we really hope Billy picks up and can get over his illness - if nothing else throughout his career he's proved he's a fighter.
