25yd Dash

Just to let everyone know we will be doing the usual 25yd dash this Wednesday, anyone still wanting a full run up can do so after the dash is done.

I aim to do 3 splits: Lightweight (up to 24lb) Middleweight (up to 32lb) & Heavyweight (32lb and over) and a pedi race, the usual goodies will be up for grabs. :thumbsup:
