Now all I can say is - not a big show, and only an open, but the quality of the final baby puppy line-up was as good as you'd find anywhere in the country I reckon, so I was very proud for Mirra to win it.

Go the Shenace dogs, very please with how young Ashton went , congratulations to his sister as well.

Was pleased with how my other boys, Edge - Berinswift KK Penny Krakka behaving himself so well and that crazy Pharaoh of mine "Hunter" who wouldn't hold his ears up so the rain could go down them, lol, we had a ball anyway even soaking wet and covered in mud. At least Sunday didn't have much rain. :thumbsup: :lol:

Now batten down the hatches, hope all goes well your way, I've got everything ready at my place, torch, batteries, radio and a ton of dog food lol - hopefully won't need any of it and this cyclone will blow out - glad I didn't enter shows this weekend up in Cairns but I'm sure some crazy dog people will still go - so luck to them I say. Just hope it all goes by next Saturday so I can start my trip down to Sydney. :wacko:

The morning was great and this was the first time we have gone BIG & RBIG and to top the day off Parnew Cause For Applause (Hannah)

was awarded "Best In Show" The Judge was Mr K Iggleden (Qld)



We are so happy as Hannah is only 15 months old and she beat 3 Multi BIS winning Grand Champs in the line up.

Many Thanks to Mel for the great job that she did of handling Hannah and all the work that she has put in with her over the last few weeks.

I'm back - and all in one piece - did you miss me?

We survived Cyclone Ului, thanks: dogs, humans and buildings all fine, but have been without power (and therefore water - bore with a pump needs electricity - bucket-baths in ice-cold rain water are no fun) for FIVE DAYS, and were without a phone for the first three. Huge trees down all over the place, in our yard, over our drive way and all over the district across power lines, luckily the old mango tree behind our house stood the test.

Shows this weekend have been postponed, Proserpine's in a right mess.

And now it looks like I won't make it to Sydney for Easter :'( .

Congrats on your wins Griff - at least someone's having fun.
