    Goodbye Jasper

Oh I'm sorry to hear your sad news. It's the hardest decision to make to let a beloved dog go but it's also a very loving and kind decision.

    An interesting topic

I would definitely feed lab meat if the price was right. All the nutrition with no cruelty.

    Budget Cat and Dog Food

I feed my lurcher Step up from Pets at Home, it is £24 for 14 kg so very reasonable price. Not sure how good it is for sensitive tummies though, you can get small bags so you could try it out. Theres a good website that tells you how much per day for each food. AllAboutDogFood.co.uk

    Whisper's wanders

Whisp is ticking along nicely, we've been sticking to the roads as there is Alabama Rot in our area, it means her walk is abit longer than usual wich is good.

    Long line videos

I've been trawling the internet on safely using a long line, all I'm finding is slip lead longline and those attached to collars. Does anyone know of any videos, articles or tips. We are going on a seaside holiday next week so whisp will be on a longline on the beaches.

    Vegidog

I've posted a lovely inflammatory thread as my last post there  Should keep them busy for a while. Beth78PetForums Junior 1. I should have a rabbit, not a dog. 2. I'm being selfish taking my dog to a public park. 3. I rescued a nervous dog to make myself feel good. 4. I love and care for...

    Vegidog

I am running back to dogforum with my tail between my legs as I have been well ant truly grilled on petforum for feeding Whisp a (mostly) vegan diet. Didn't know people could get so defensive over the matter . Very embarrassing and upsetting.

    Grief of losing dog unbearable

I understand your pain, when I lost my greyhound Lily I couldn't function properly for weeks, I heard her and felt her as if she was still in the house only to remember that she was gone. The important thing to remember is that he had a beautiful life with you and that you where the best of...

    Terrier Instincts

The only time Whisp gets to hunt is in the garden (as she is on the lead on walkies). She's brought in a frog, a headless pigeon and 2 rats so far. She always looks so proud of herself, only to be told "I am a vegan, I don't appreciate your gift!" I think if she was set free in the woods she...

    Whisper's wanders

Whisper went on a lovely sunny morning walk and was a very good girl (even though a dog invaded her personal bubble). Very proud of her and she is proud of herself.
