sounds like a normal collie! a bit neurotic and highly strung! Like all dogs they calm down with age! he'll love lots of training and things to do until then, they're just active dogs :)

my pup unfortunately was pooping in the crate when we got her, we had to change the material she was sleeping on before she stopped. i think she'd associated the mat she had with a toilet!
