Just because lurchers were owned/used by cruel idiots does not mean lurcher folk support them!

Picked up my pup last week (also called alfie!!) hes settling in fine apart from the sleepless nights :( -_- :(

Both had rough grey/blue hair and he popped out smooth and brindle!!
at the moment he just looks like a whippet with stupid ears!!
I would only obtain a pup from good working stock, although its somtimes quite a challenge to get to actually see parents working unless you are good friends with the breeder, so the look of the parents and trust in the breeder are somtimes all you have to go on :(

Since the ban on hare coursing (by a load of ignorant politicians :rant: ) is there any need for a large type lurcher e.g deerhound/greyhound as the only quarry that can legally be pursued is rabbits, wont...
