If you have your whippet on a very tight lead (Stringing up)  it may choke, and there is every possibility that it will lift its front legs, giving untypical movement.  If possible, in my opinion it is much better to show the dog on as loose a lead as you can.  Whippets should move freely...

Yes, Dawn,  I thought Mr Ashmore did quite a good job, though in my opinion some of the ones he left out were better than the ones placed.  His winners of each class were good.  I would show under him again, which is a good test, I think.  Annette.
