I need to vent my spleen I'm afraid..... Customers and Complaints I can cope with but MANAGERS!!!!!! :rant: there is no pleasing them....

Anyone got a job going in Halifax area?? quite willing to sweep streets, stack shelves or anything else, anywhere as long as the managers are something like reasonable and LISTEN to what you have to say.

i had a raving row with my boss today :rant: :rant: he's pretty cool most of the time, but sometimes he just lets rip...its ok now, he gave me a lift home and some chocolate coz i was feelin a bit poorley, so all is forgiven.. :lol:

I'm a complaints manager for a general insurance company at the moment (been in this job for 4 plus yrs so due for a change)
