Who Wants Spotted Dick When You Could Have This :)

want to make my little girl a castle cake for her birthday. she had one last year bought from a shop but the shop has closed so i think i could do one just as good :- "

only problem is i have never ever managed to bake a cake in my life (except rice krispy cake but i dont think that counts)

i can decorate them no probs but baking is a totaly different thing. :sweating:

anyway i have my family up on a tuesday so they are great testers and heres what they will be testing today.

spotted dick pfffft!!! CHOCOLATE CAKE yummmm!!!

hopfully it will taste ok :sweating: :sweating:

dont know how well it will do in the post its a bitty delicate, its some american recipe i found on the net so its really soft on the inside and FULL of sugar and chocolate probabily about 50,000 calories

she has asked for chocolate so have to try everthing :- "
