Arnt the buttercups just beautiful this year.. :wub: dont think Ive seen the fields look so pretty....

I find every year is good for something different - I think it was dandelions last year?

I must admit that I am not fond of buttercups, they choke the grass growing and although they look pretty they are a prolific and destructive weed

I try to keep them at bay by using Graze On which sorts out nettles, docks and buttercups fairly well without damaging the grass - unfortunately it also kills daisies and clover

Yes Jane I seem to remember either last year or the one before every field was full of dandelions...

and yes this year its buttercups round here..never seen quite so many......

and when I pick grass for my guinea pigs have to make sure its buttercup free....
