Whippets First Day Ferreting

I'm new to k9 and thought I would post a picture of me my lurcher and my 6 month old lynperry breed whippet. Also my brothers 8 month old mike brown breed whippet on their first ferreting trip.

Thanks, looking forward to the next 6 months and the whippets developing their hunting skills. I have just started to take her lamping to watch my lurcher work and my brother dog is coming on nicely.

Mine the all black one is lynperry golly x laguna light speed was born july the 8th.

I have took her ferreting once and lamping a couple of times but have not slipped her just letting her have a watch. My brothers dog has caught 4 so far 3 on the lamp and 1 in the day and showing a good nose.

looking to do some lure coursing in the future.

we have three whippets two are racing and the pup will be having a go when the season starts up,he is showing to be a speedy one. :thumbsup:

what height is yours at,ours is 19in and 11kg weight.

Shes 18 inch about 10 kg hard to tell scales not the best. hopefully she can make 19/20 what do u think?

whippets stop growing between the age of 6 to 10 months so ive read.
