Whippets at Walthamstow

Anybody know anything about the Whippet race that took place on Saturday night at Walthamstow Greyhound Track in aid of the Injured Jockeys Fund ? Were they peds ? I see a picture of one of them with a David Beckham lookalike in Mondays Racing Post.

Probably peds, cos I didn't know anything about it, and I'm only 20 mins from Walthamstow.....

Actually I used to live thre, a nice track too...
