Whippets And Astroturf

Hi,

Before we got our two wonderful whippet puppies; last summer I designed and landscaped the back garden with the majority of it being new turf.

You probably know where this is heading but the turf is now ruined due to the urine/marking (which I accept is my fault for not putting water down after them/etc) but my question is whether its worth replacing it with Astroturf rather than fresh turf.

Am not sure about the astroturf Weedug. But have you considered a different type of turf. Am not sure what types of lawn would work in the UK. We have a buffalo grass and it is fantastic with the dogs. Haven't put on drop of water on it the whole eighteen months we have lived here. It just gets mowed. It always looks good.
