Stolen from: Withington, Manchester on 31/1/03

Circumstance of loss: Stolen from secure garden.....other (foster) dogs were left behind.

Additional Info: This is the second time he has been stolen, last time he ended up in a stray pound in Staffs. For photo see last entry: LSD 663/4/D

Very sad news.

>Sadly, Brian was found dead this morning (1/2/03). He had been hit by a car 15 miles away from his home. His collar had been removed and was found further up the road from his body. It looks as if he had struggled to escape, while his collar was being removed, run off and was knocked down. He was not a dog who would roam, he had been taken.

Thats a sad ending to for the poor thing , unfortunatly there are far to many dog thefs at the moment I think it's about time the Police took them more seriouse :angry: .

Orrrhhh bless him, poor lad. Sadly i know only too well how it feels to have dogs pinched & and yeh there's a lot of thefts in the Greater Manchester area at the moment.
