OMG,this is so frightening :( ,lets just hope she is recovered :luck:

Do you know what area this is?

poor poor thing and her poor owners , these thieving b*****ds

need shooting

That's all the info that I have I'm afraid :( I don't even know if it's one of Patricia Stenborg's. If it is then it looks like another breeder has been targetted. :(

This is just so sad, I hope the Whippet makes it home..... :( :luck:

we recently had a call from a man with a geordy accent who's main interest was whether our dogs were keneled outside? he kept returning to the question "so dont you kennel any of them outside even just through the day"

I am begining to think this happens alot or is it just because we are made aware of it, either way its frightening

That sounds v dodgy Mark.

Dogs are much more likely to go missing from kennels. Even very secure ones and ones with guard dogs around. :(

Thanks Julie. It's the one that you posted about at the beginning of Jan isn't it. So not another whippet stolen (see what I mean about whippet pups sucking out brain cells. I reckon that I only have the one left. :b ). Just posted on here twice.

Yes sounds very dodgy Mark! Every day dogs are stolen from kennels, including rescue dogs.

Hope Clover is found very soon :luck: :luck:

Mrs Stenborg lives near Tunbridge Wells in Kent. I know that she used to breed as some years ago I bought some books from her husband and was lucky enough to get a peep at a newly arrived litter. I just hope she gets her little girl back soon.

Oh my gosh, I knew Patsy Stenborg when I lived in T Wells, she was so helpful & kind when I first got Eli, and wrote me some lovely letters when I moved back north....and so so dedicated to her hounds. If it is one of her own dogs thats been taken....well, dog theft is such a vile crime, but I find it all the more dispicable that an elderly person should be targetted. I desperately hope this dog is found soon.

vry sorry to hear about clover hope and pray she makes it back xx

Patricia tells me that a clairvoyant has said that Clover has been taken by two men to the Nottingham area, then passed on to someone in "the north" for breeding purposes. Whether or not one believes in this sort of thing, it is news of a sort I suppose.
