Whippet Rescue

Is there still a whippet rescue in the north east, i,m looking to rehome a whippet as a companion to my retired greyhound bitch and have cats. I got a whippet bitch about 15 years ago from whippet rescue and just wondered if it was still around. Thanks

if you had a luck to aycliffe club ,at the oak leaf leuisure centre ,school aycliffe. sat 2 ish at the moment. there might be someone in the next few month looking for a pet home if they dont make the grade. sure to be something come up. people are a bit wary letting dogs go to unknown folks on the net. bring the greyhound it will love the barking and racing. :thumbsup: :luck:

if its fit you could give it a slip after the lure, plenty of folks to help out and to talk to :thumbsup:

I do live at Crook, my greyhound would just look at lure cos shes, a non chaser (for that read lazy ) proper couch potato. I have had her since she was 15 months she,s nearly 7 now. Lesley Lynch knows me, I used to go to Shildon many years ago to watch the dogs used to enjoy it. I haven,t got any transport to get to Aycliffe. Thanks for your reply tho.

Scruples Whippet Rescue sometimes has whippets for rehoming in the north east.
