I dont know where anyone lives, but the first link that Dawn put up is to Thornberry Animal sanctuary, very close to Junction 31 on the M1. They are struggling to keep going at the moment, very strapped for cash, and would welcome any support. They have a fun show this Sunday coming, so if you are in the area, I'm sure they would be delighted if you went along.
