brindle and white entire male looks like purebred whippet is in Dundalk pound

"This gorgeous boy is extremely friendly & full of affection, a lovely gentle soul. He was found straying between Dunleer & Collon & will be available for rehoming on 14.09.10"

A reply says "friend of the owner of the 4 missing whippets has seen this photo and confirmed he is not one of them"

refers I presume to 4 whippets (3 Mossbawnhill bred) stolen from Nenagh, Tipperary

Whippet Rescue Ireland will take this dog if he isn't reclaimed or rehomed from the pound. You may wish to look at the photo on petsireland in case you have an idea who this dog is/belongs to/was bred by - especially if you know of anyone missing a brindle and white whippet

2) fawn "Italian Greyhound" bitch found in Cork, listed 22 Aug on http://lostandfound.ie (you can also access the page via http://irishanimals.ie )

Has silver muzzle with a white snip, so doesn't look to me like Lucy who is missing from Dublin; but I think she may be more whippet than Italian Greyhound

He is gorgeous ... hope someone claims him soon, or he finds a nice home.

yes he looks a beauty. He also looks in good condition and is wearing a nice collar, so chances are he isn't long lost and will be reclaimed by his owner.

the petsireland page doesn't say whether or not the dog is microchipped (the Italian greyhound bitch isn't)
