Roly the whippet from Leeds has been found today. He was taken to the vets by the police after being bumped by a car.

Not really hurt but very thin and look like he has been living rough.

He is now back lying on the settee and settled

Big thanks for all your help and support. There really are some good doggy people out there.

That is the most wonderful news!!

I'm sure he'll be back to his normal self after lots of love, treats and snuggles.

that's fantastic news - they must be so relieved to get him back.

have you read about that poor little dog in Ireland called Lucy that was stolen? her owner and her daughter are just totally distraught as you would be and are trying everything to get her back - i really hope they find her as it's so sad.

her story is on here under missing running dogs and also on facebook.

I'm so glad to hear this wonderful news ;) .....the story reminds me so much of my Renoir (Rushden Impressionist) who we found after 9 days missing ....again very thin after obviously living rough. Renny has a Demerlay sire and is a red brindle and white himself....so similar to Roly !! Wonderful news that Roly is back home where he belongs :D
 
Great news - lots of good food and loads of love and, hopefully, he'll be back to normal. :D :thumbsup:
