A whippet was left on somones doorstep in the aberystwyth area of wales. The house owners found it curled up on their steps a few weeks ago
They have tried to look after it the best they could but were unable to keep it. Just before Xmas it was given to the Aberaeron dog warden who took it to Llandysul Animal Sanctuary.
My partner saw an advert about it in the local paper. We were going to take it if it was a bitch but it was a dog (we cant put a male with ours as she has not yet been spayed and the stray is fully functional).
Realising we couldnt take it we didnt go and see it (would have been too upsetting to have to leave it there).
The only description given was as follows:
Male
Tan/Blue?
Lovely nature
Young, probably around two years old
