I can't believe my son is 18 today  :clown: The years have just flown by :- It could have been worse at least it's Valentine's day and not Christmas day! He'll always get a card of some discription :teehee:

Hope he has a great day! Is he partying?

My Son is 19 on friday...I don't know about you but I'm never old enough to have a son that age (w00t)

Thanks!

We are going for a Chinese meal with his aunt and his girfriend. Then after the meal I think he is taking his girlfriend out somewhere :) He was out partying last night :-

His aunt and I were like where can we go for a meal that is not full of romantic couples :- Ended up settling for the nice little Chinese restuarant down the road!!!! Hopefully we can make a quick exit before they all start to appear :D He wanted to go up town to a place called "The LIVING ROOM" for a meal but it is in George Street where all the Poser types go ! So we said we'd give that a miss with it being Valentines day and we'll go there another night!!!!

I know what you mean about being never old enough to have a son that age

Happy 19th to your son on Friday as well :clown:

Happy Birthday to your son Kirsty, hope you all have a great night

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY TO YOUR SON

I know what you mean about how time flies. We went to Ben's last parents evening at school on thursday. His form tutor said it seems like only yesterday when they all first arrived as little shy, quiet year 7's with their shirts all tucked in and their ties done up properly. He said now they are tall lanky scruffs with long hair(the boys) their shirts all hanging out and their ties hanging down crooked and they are all ready to move on in to the big world outside although I think a lot of his group are of to ollege

 HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY TO YOUR SON

Hope he had a great day. :)

Yes, I too wonder where the years have gone. It seemed to pass so quickly (my two are now in their 30's  ). We should make the most of all those precious moments. :huggles:

Thanks everyone. It was a really nice meal, even though the restaurant was filled with many romantic couples :- I said to him this morning next it will be your 21st then the big 30 then it's a downward slide from there  (w00t)
