I've seen some very interesting ones on the board, and thought it might be nice to see how we all came up with them!!

Mine isn't very interesting, lol!!! Dizzy was the name of my first cat, a lovely Siamese boy :) And Jenni is my name!!

How did you make your username up?

Anna Banana!

Just a nickname I picked up whilst working in local newspapers...

No reason really other than it rhymes!

Hula was the name of my favourite whippet .

my black dog in avatar is called bracken and hes a male easy really lol

CAD are my initials, and I didn't really want to be a caddy! lol

I needed a 'username' and CAD was too short so I reversed the initals so CAD became CADAC. I guess technically it should be CADDAC but I didn't like the look of it.

21 is my age!

I wish! 21 is the day in the month in which I was born.

Pretty boring really.

cadac21, what part of brum you from m8? worked in tyseley for 12 yrs as a truck driver for british steel, good times too.

I'm originally from West Bromwich and grew up around there.
I now live just outside of Longbridge where the old Rover factories used to be.

Were you in Brum for work or did you live here too?

drove into brum everyday for work, i did the longbridge site lol it wasnt my job but had to cover longbridge when drivers didnt turn in, did garringtons in bromsgrove too if you know it, loved it

Don't know Bromsgrove too well.

Longbridge is having a lot of money spent on it at the minute and is a huge area that no doubt they will be building houses on.

It's a massive shame they couldn't keep Rover going.

For those from Brum, I'm a yamyam :) Grew up in a village between Cannock and Bloxwich, but a true Brummie/Black country mongrel (one parent from Brum, the other from Bilston).

My online usernames tend to be all strong women goddess types, so I'm Kali on one forum, Nemesis on another and Eingana on this one.

Eingana is the Aboriginal goddess of the dreamtime that holds a thread to all living thing, looking after the lives and deaths of the animals, so I thought that would be sort of appropriate for an animal forum :)

hehe - short and to the point! I like that!

Love yours Eingana - but I have to look at it if I ever want to spell it!

One question....

Is it a piklet or a crumpet? lol

I am a proud yamyam however as I now live in Brum I am surrounded by Brummies, which my girlfriend is one of them! lol

listening to the brummies and yams at lunchtime was very interesting but so confusing :geek: a kipper tie lol took me ages to find out it was a brew

lol

Kipper tie! that's funny! :)

And yet there is so much difference between a yamyam and a Brummie. My dad used to get really offended if someone called him a Brummie.

I wasn't allowed to speak Black Country at home my mom used to correct me so I now have an accent, but ar doe use all short words like some do! ;)

My brother on the other hand is very broad!

Definitely Pikelet here :)

Mine is my affix or kennel name. It's made up of our first three dogs we had as a couple who we like to think of as our 'foundation bitches'. Chelsea was or first dog together, a rescue puppy who was part whippet and got us hooked on whippets. Savannah our first purebred whippet and the one who got us into showing. And Telyn (aka Teya) who was the first we bred from. It's 4 letters from each of their names run together

Chel from Chelsea

elyn from Telyn

nnah from savannah

All intertwined to make Chelynnah

I've been contaminated now cos I've been in Yorkshire for the last quarter of a century, so now they're crumpets :)

And don't get me started on what makes goes into a fishcake (only people from Sheffield understand that one).
