What's Your Patio Like ?

Hi all.

doing a new patio area in the back garden, there are literally thousands of different types/colours of flags, I like retaining walls that double as seats, what's your patio design ?

Please show your pics to inspire me.

Anyone know where I can get good quality stainless steel+wood chair &table set ?

OK - I will start.

Our patio is not very interesting with only a few tubs, but we do have a sort of Japanese style area with slate chippings which then leads down to the grass area. The dogs don't seem to have any problems walking/running on the chippings. I like the low maintenance of the chippings, and weeds are easily pulled out. Remmy nearly always pees/poo on them too, which saves the grass!! We also have Koi in a raised pond beside the patio.

that's really nice, very different. I'm surprised the pooches run on the slate.

You're very lucky having all that open space adjacent too.

I've seen a lovely bench that would look perfect in your 'Japanese' style garden..called a LUTYENS

The fields around us are lovely, but usually have sheep or cows, so no good for the dogs to run unfortunately.
