What Will I Make For Tea???

HELP! I'm fed up trying to think what to make for tea. OH and teen-goddess daughter always say 'I don't know' or 'Whatever you think'. Anyone got any favourite (and easy to make) recipes?

Tuna pasta bake always goes down well in our house :thumbsup:

Fry onions/leeks, peppers or whatever else you fancy, mix with tin of tuna, add cooked pasta, cheese sauce, sweetcorn and grated cheese on top - bake for about 20 mins and you're done! :cheers:

plus we add lots of garlic to the onions etc, and nutmeg to the cheese sauce

Some of the recipes you have to pay for, but we don't do that, just use the vast archive instead :thumbsup:

That sounds great too! I've started on the tuna pasta bake for tonight but I'll definitely be trying that over the weekend. Nice and simple but sounds delicious. Cheers :cheers:

Stir fry is my favourite meal - so easy and healthy!

I also make a mean carbonara, which is really easy and if you make the sauce with creme fraiche instead of cream it's not too bad for you either.

I have got quite experimental in cooking and often just knock something up or make a sauce off the top of my head.

Oh and of course spag bol never fails and even my OH can manage to make that! :lol:
