What dog breed is he??

I've recently acquired a 9 month old so called American Staffordshire Bull terrier. But he's quite large, and have had some people say he looks possible like a Pitbull type/or cross with American bull dog etc. What does everyone think?? Pics if got something similar.

That's a pretty good though and nicely complexion. And yeah it's hard to tell the exact breed.

Privately but they didn't know much about the dog unfortunately

Yes he looks like a Stafford...trouble is unless KC reg they come in all sizes now ....

If you are in the UK, its probably a good idea to discourage people from suggesting he has any pitbull in him as it is a banned breed.

most defiantly Staffy in there. 100% ? Couldn't say. But I have worked with a very large as well as clearly petite.

Could be a mix.
