What Do You Use ?

Every so often i transfer all my pictures from my pc onto disc,

just in case. I learned my lesson when my pc was down for 8

weeks because i wouldn't let it be done the way i would lose

my pictures.........thank goodness i have a lap top as well :lol:

 

I have nero on my pc but i really dont like it..........what does

everyone else use ?

Ive got Nero on the laptop but its not working on our main pc.

The kids use media player...to burn onto Cds. or DVDs.

oops meant to say we have Windows media centre too,.its easy to use.

I leave all that technical stuff to Neil :b Not sure what he uses....I'll ask him when he gets back on Tuesday.

I store all my pics on photobucket (afer losing some really nice ones that were only on the pc) and Neil was just saying a few days ago that he could put them all onto a disc for me.

I'm using the utility that came with the Canon 400 (Zoombrowser) which I much prefer to the Windows one. I've never heard of Nero or Sonic. I have spent the last few days organising all my photos on my computer and now I'm nearly ready to back them all up. It's taken ages! :wacko: I must keep everything up to date now. :- "

I use the Windows one - couldn't see the point of having anything fancy to burn discs with...but maybe I'm not getting the complete picture... :lol:
