Mixer biscuit, sold in supermarkets and elsewhere, small pieces of hard baked biscuit, it adds a bit of bulk to a meat only diet, and if it isn't soaked, helps slightly in keeping plaque build-up down.Question please - what is 'mixer' and what is it made of? Thanks.
Thanks - so it is different from 'dried food'? Does it contain much nutrients that a dog requires?Mixer biscuit, sold in supermarkets and elsewhere, small pieces of hard baked biscuit, it adds a bit of bulk to a meat only diet, and if it isn't soaked, helps slightly in keeping plaque build-up down.Question please - what is 'mixer' and what is it made of? Mixer is as nutrient loaded as say a rich tea biscuit. Dried feed, or complete meal is designed to provide proteins and nutrients as per your requirement (different qualities depending on if you are feeding a veteran, puppy, working dog, etc etc) And the reason mixer is so much cheaper than complete meal is because it contains very few of these! Thanks - so it is different from 'dried food'?
