What A Disgrace @ Hampden Last Night !

Last night watching scotland v n.ireland i was outraged beyond belief at our scottish brethern booing during our National Anthem :rant:

Why would they do that....is it because the anthem is associated more with England than N.Ireland ? We have an affiliation with the Scottish which goes back to our ancestors. :huggles: When it was the hosts anthem "Flower of Scotland" did we boo ?...nope !

i actually prefer that as an anthem instead of the funeral dirge which is "The Queen" but thats another story.

heres how we fixed their rude booing.....over 6000 Ulstermen sang..

"ARE YOU CELTIC....

ARE YOU CELTIC...

ARE YOU CELTIC IN DISGUISE..........!?"

They don't seem to like us much. Us being the English. The English too have a history in Scotland, but unfortunately in our case it comprised evicting them from their land, killing them etc. :- " It seems they have long memories. :b All a bit churlish 'cos the English were treated the same by the Romans, Normans and Vikings, but we don't hold a grudge..... o

I didnt think anyone needed a reason to dislike you lot (w00t) (w00t)

my present friends and family being the exceptions. :huggles:

the only problem i have is the english arrogance where footy is concerned. lovely people in a gorgeous country but your footy team is shite and you cant see it :wacko:

Ive said this for ages. yep i stand when i hear the "queen"..chest out like the next man..but to get the blood going we defo need our own blood-rusher of an anthem :thumbsup:

Were they singing are you Celtic in Disguise because Scotland were crap? Should they not be singing " are you rangers in disguise" seeing as Celtic are league champions and already in Europe? AGAIN :- " :lol:
