I have been contacted by Margaret Hale from Willenhall, West Midlands. On Monday 30th May 2005, her 89 year old mother answered her door to find two youths, they asked whether she has lost a key because they had found one. She didnt notice that her 2 year old dog had crept out of the door. Scruff the Yorkshire terrier was wearing a collar and tag. Within minutes she noticed that Scruff was missing and went out to search. When she got to the door, the collar had been pushed through her letterbox. The only identifying information on the tag was the dogs name and telephone, there was no address at all. Scruffs elderly owner is absolutely distraught and her daughter Margaret fears for her health
