From A30,Leave A30 at Scorrier junction, before the Crossroads Hotel/Care Home,Continue under bridge passing the Fox and Hounds Pub on right. At Crossroad head straight accross, through the woods as you come out of woods take 2nd left sign posted "United Downs". After turning head on for 400yards and the Hall & Car park is situated on your right.
