Ben has gone to Wales today with one of his kick boxing coaches to compete in a competion .He has just phoned to say he came 4th out of 9 in the 12-16 years tall children he beat a brown belt to get 4th and he has only just done his 3rd belt orange. I asm waiting to hear how he does in his other classes he is fighting in jumior mens and teams with with coach and a lad he trains with

Just heard from Ben he got knocked out in the first round of the mens competion but he probably weighs half the weight of the other competeitors and they didn't make the final of the team competition

Ben eventually got home at 8.30. Apparently in the mens teams they drew a team of senior men all black belts who have been invited to an invationion fight they are the top mens team in the country :oops: so hey didn't stand much chance as Ben's team was made up of a 15 yr old a 16 year old and their coach.

In the men's juniors Ben fought well but drew a man mountain who had a habbit of leg swipping Ben who was about a 3rd of the mans weight Ben stood no chanc really he couldn't even use his speed to his advantage
