I'm in France so didn't see it but it's disappointing to hear that. I understand that some raw food, such as fish, should be frozen for 48 hours before feeding but the other thing that strikes me is that a dog's digestive organs are proportionately far longer than a human's and their stomach acids are stronger. That's why dogs can eat some really disgusting rubbish with no effect. So a bit of bacteria is probably nothing!
