Well done to all title winners, and a special well done to Mad Mick who had a lot of trouble with a split web for some months leading up to the champs and decided to have it cut right back and stitched up having them out just the week before the champs. He has a will to win! Talking to Kev he tells me its Mad Mick’s 12th title (straights and bends) with set me wondering what’s the most titles any dog has to their credit.

Hi, yes mad mick is a good dog , he always runs well for his owner. i am not sure which dog has the most titles though , exspell got quite a few as did laura's dream. does any one know which dog has had the most titles !!!!!!

Good as Gold won BWRA Rch and Supreme dog four times on the staights - which has so for not been bettered and I doubt ever will.

well i though y raced big ones tony cause also son of a bitch won he 40lbs fuor years off the belt to couldnt do the sup scr dog cause they only started to run for it last year

also think that free wheeler won 13 titles over his 5 years of racing life so would have won both bends ans straights every year

Does anyone have a list of Bwra Supreme straight champs for the years 1990 to 1996 and their Rch weights.

What year did Fly Free win Supreme at Bwra Straights?

it was in 1997 but was sup bwra champion of champs on the bends she finished r/up in the aug  but  in that year she won remembering that this was a 26lb bitch that dont win major events....

5 championship finals_winning 3 and finishing runner up in th other 2.

namely sup racing champion at the bwra championships at kinsley,also winning 2 consecutive nwrf golden jackets and finishing r_up sup at the nwrf champ of champs run off, she also went on to be r/up  in august.....so achivement for a 26 bitch  well done to her.

also while on this subject of middle to heavy weights not winning major event i recall 1998 my own bitch fullstop got though to the run offs at the english whippet derby she was just beaten by that great bitch TRIPLE MYSTERY what a year that was for her she also got in to the scottish derby final to.

1992 Gone  Again 22lb won supreme and in  1993 i think cascara  20lb won supreme, in 1994 the supreme winner was Jolson 26lb and 1995 the supreme was Fancy Free 22lb..1996 saw Dawns mystery 20lb win the supreme and i am not sure of the winners after that year...    Fly free has never won the supreme on the straights as far as i know!!!!!!!

1991 was Wild Mouse I think but can`t find the weight, !990 was Try Sex I think at ? 20lb
