not to far jane thats ogmore by sea in bridgend about 45/50 mins away ...tis a loverly beach and as the weather was showery there was hardly anybody there although it stayed nice the whole time we was there(w00t) and tia so love the sea we try get down there as much as we can, the iggys turn for there first trip next week now thats guna be fun :teehee:

Lovely pics, Nicky. My Mum's family are from Ogmore Vale so we have spent a few holidays at Ogmore by Sea and around the castle/ stepping stones. Beautiful part of the country. Glad to know someone else has even heard of the place!

I came 'home' to Wales to go to Uni in Swansea many years ago and my husband and I eloped to Wales to get married! You are lucky to live there. Even my first dog was called 'Brecon' cos I love Wales so much lol.
