Would anyone know if there is any racing at Thurrock tomorrow and if so, what time does it start? I have tried contacting the people whose numbers are given but with no success.

Im sorry but you might find answers a bit thin on the ground during the day this weekend as the championships are on and a lot of folks will have gone for the weekend.

Hopefully one of the thurrock folk will be on later.

Hi my name is Jenny and I am the owner of two non pedigree whippets, just over a year. I bitch and a dog. I would love to race them but have no experience in this..

I have no firm idea of their parentage.. they are originally from Essex.

.. another question, my bitch Lily has a troublesome cough which despite various antibiotics, including steroids and hoops of tests we cannot shift. She si still lively and eats well, but really suffers at night especially. Is this something that whippets are prone to, because of their large chests
