Just to let all club members know that Thurrock will be holding it's Annual Club Meeting on Sunday 9th January 2011 at Thurrock Rugby Ground. Memebers will need to be there between 12 /12.30pm, the meeting will take place in the room above the stairs once you walk into the club house.

No Dog Racing will be going ahead as the Rugby Club have a big meeting on that day.

Tea, Coffee and Rolls will be provided.

It has now been suggested that there may be a chance that members may be able to run their dogs after the AGM on sunday, so if memebers wish to bring their dogs along and take that chance they can.
