Not funny Helen, 23rd july 1964, 10 55 am, i sat and watched what was once a beautiful lady die in front of me in her bed, now as a friend, i ask of you to reconsider for the sake of yourself and family, to pack em up theres lots of help out there for you, your only a young woman with children, yes

keithy, i dont smoke loads, on about 5 a day now, have cut down, will give up at some point, just have to get myself ready for it :thumbsup:
