the one i used to hate the most was

" YOU DONT HAVE TO LIKE IT, YOU JUST HAVE TO EAT IT "

iv said that to my kids a couple of times now and then make myself appologise to them cause i remember how i felt when i was force fed fish pie and sprouts :x :x
