I would like to thank a few people who helped when my dog southern Scott got injured at the derby. first thanks to Vicky for picking Tigger up, as when you did it highlighted the area where he was hurting and made me take him to the vets ASAP.

Thanks also to colin armstrong for getting me into the vets at 9am the next day, he had damaged his right front and rear shoulders. The vet thinks that this was done two weeks earyer at Warwick on the bends, and it reoccured when he ran on the saterday. No wonder i was thinking he was not just right.

Lastly thanks to Mark Cooper for the loan of his ultra sound. hope to see you all in four weeks when he will be back on the track I hope.

:( I DIDNT REALIZE SOUTHERN SCOTT HAD BEEN INJURED I DO HOPE HE IS OK. :luck:

So glad you found out what the problem was (but i don't think tig's my friend anymore :( ), he just wasn't his usual self before he ran & did look miserable. At least he's sorted now, look forward to seeing him at Champs.

Vicky you should have seen him when Colin Armstrong and me took him into the vets, he was worse than when you seen him, as he was really hurting. the vet did not know who to treat first as I have a bad back at present so I could not lift Tigger up onto the bench. After the vet had finnished he was like a different dog his tail was wagging again and he had lost that pained look in his eye. Im sure he done it at the bends and running him at the derby just made it worse. Still I can start to fix the problem now in time for the fed champs i hope, see you soon cause Ill be back.

Vicky i had a word with tig after reading your reply, he said he is realy sorry for being so miserable, but he did have his old glint in his eye when he said it so he must be getting better lol :D
