Having just seen Aslan's stunning pictures I feel a bit silly posting these, but I was quite please with them when I took them this afternoon in my first attempt at getting them to stand out by themselves while I took the pics.

I think you've done a great job as it is EXTREMELY difficult to be both handler and photographer at the same time. Very pretty backdrop too! I think it is so cute that you have one black and one white whippet - a minstrel pair. (And I'm a black & white fan in case you didn't know!)

I had three people helping to achieve those pics of my dogs. Me handling the dog and directing the shot, one on the camera and one to throw the toy to get their attention. :D

Thanks for being so kind :)

Very pretty shots, Lanas' right it is hard to stack and shoot, so you have done very well.

    lovely

Great! Lovely pics of the meadow too! Keep meaning to get out there if only to check the sheep haven't destroyed my orchard (just to the left of where Tess is standing) but it's so tempting to be completely lazy and anti-social when you have acres of unexplored, bunny-filled wilderness on your back doorstep, literally!

James came back and and said he'd bumped into you and had a good chat, although he forgot to mention anything pup-related till I pressed him (hmmn, funny that  :b ).

See you soon!

Elizabeth
