Is anyone going to the Team Champs 2moz???

And has anyone got any idea which clubs have put up a team?

Hi sadie and co, I think there are a few teams running on sunday , I shall  be there but not to run my dogs cos they have been poorly, thankfully they are better now so will go and watch, hope the weather will be fine and see u all there.

well done to stockton on winning the club team champs,

there was some very good races,and i realy enjoyed it even though my team didnt win,but we did get through to finals,

Well done to the people who managed to get a team together!!!!  Every year we say we are going to have a go but we never have enough under 24lbers, i say bring back regional champs !!!! WELL DONE STOCKTON

why is it that the regions reps never have any meetings so we could sort a team out to compete we never have any feed back from our reps Why ?????is linda broom still on the bwra   who else represents our region at national level ???? and also when are we to have any opens for our region ???please could either tony or michelle find out whats going on thankyou steve i for one would be delighted to run for the north west region.but i think my dogs have more chance of finishing than i do .

As far as i know there are no regional champs anymore, and for you (lancaster) and us (A & T) to compete in the club champs we would have to all be registered with the BWRA at the same club (we could make up a decent team between us!!).  

A good start as far as opens go is that John Meades has asked for dates suitable for an I.R.G open at A & T Miners. We were planning on staging the clubs own open next year anyway, so we could maybe have both, we are lucky in that the miners welfare is always willing to help out with any kind of sponsorship plus there are a few local businesses keen to sponsor as well!

Is the Lancaster track up & running yet??  Maybe ask John Meades would he be interested in having an open there too!!

As far as Linda Broom goes i can't see her coming back into racing, maybe someone could get in touch with her & see.  Then we could organise a meeting so that everyone knows where they stand etc.  At the moment the North West is non existant i think it's about time we all got our heads together!!!

It is up to a club to decide whether it enters team champs or not, unfortunately gin pit does'nt have any light weights so we never enter, also all dogs have to be bwra members so even if we had lightweights who were half decent thay may not even be registered. 2 teams cannot join to make 1, so gin pit and lancaster could'nt join to make 1 decent team(that would be nice though ).

As far as a open goes.....we are  giving john meades some dates for an IRG open and also we will be holding are own as well hopefully with some decent sponsership money as well   .
