Hi guys, I own a dog and I need your help with some answers in order to help some friends who develop an app!

1. What do you do when you need a service for your pet?
A: ask friends

2. How do you choose where to „service” your pet?
A: by distance

3. What are your pets most frequent needs?
A: medical
B: grooming

4. Do you need home services for your pet?
A: no
B: yes: walking
C: yes: grooming
D: yes: medical
E: yes: in case of emergency

5. How often did you need "emergency" services for your pet?
A: quite often (>4 per year)
B: not often but I consider it important

6. How do you store your pets history (events, medical records)?
A: notebook
B: online
C: don't need to

7. What is your main concern regarding vet-pet relationship?
A: the care/attention of the vet
B: prices
C: overbooking

8. Would you use a dedicated (pets) app with both end reviews for booking services?
A: Yes

D: other (please mention)....... Some information is on paper, e.g. vaccination card, microchip details. Much will be held by the vet... for more general history, I'm likely to search on forums I've posted on.

I doubt I'd use one - I'm old enough for apps to be new-fangled and unnecessary in general!
