So what i do is gentle excercises nowt strenuos, i darent sit down or id seize up, now this morning i put the tv on fer my dogs, they like watching the hits, so there i was doin my excersises when on came shaggy in the summertime boombastic or summat, boy did i let rip, :lol: i really enjoyed myself boy can i just daddy dance

cant wait for tomorrow morning.
