Well ive recently switched her to a raw diet and since then the staining has been worse but i dont think its water related as shes been drinking alot less water since i changed her diet. Ive read that baking powder can get it off but i dont think im willing to try that on her as shes only 20 weeks old and would be sure to just lick it off! Patches do seem to be getting larger thoughI've heard people say that using only filtered water helps - I don't know how successful it is and you'd have to do it for a while though.
Its difficult to say whether its from saliva or from her food. She doesnt drool much...yet...so im assuming its food? No i dont rub her jowls dry after meals, should i be doing? At her age I would leave it. Is this staining from her diet, or saliva staining? Do you rub her jowls dry after meals?
